Creating an AI Workflow to Match PDF Bank Statements with Receipts

Hey All - I am looking to create the following workflow for an AI Agent in Lindy - any help/tips/advice for how to set this up?

  1. 1.

    Review scanned PDF receipts to find the date, vendor, and amount then rename each individual PDF document using that data to standardize a file naming convention for all files.

  2. 2.

    Organize those files into corresponding folders by year

3. Scan PDF bank statements and use the data from the statement to find matching corresponding receipts (by looking for exact dollar amount) . Thanks so much in advance - no coding experience, brand new to this, but looking forward to learning!

    hey! and welcome 😄 yeah all of this sounds doable. I honestly wouldn’t advise starting with the full spec here but rather with only 1 and maybe 2 → then once you figured that out iterate Generally I’d go for the Google Suite here (Gdrive folders and file handling). How will this data/files be sent into Lindy?
