Hi Everyone! I am based in Cleveland, Ohio and my business partner and I own a digital marketing and GTM consulting service targeting the healthcare space. We are planning to expand our offerings to include AI agents and have spent a lot of time trying to find the best platform to use. Lindy seems to fit the bill! I have worked with some templates and have built a couple of agents on my own but have lots to learn. I am eager to use AI not only for our customers but for our internal processes as well. I look forward to learning and collaborating with all of you!
happy to help ramp you guys up if needed! lmk if you have questions 🙂
Thank you, Marvin! I added a post in the General channel regarding pricing of our agents. Any assistance you can provide is appreciated. Here is the post: Hello! Does anyone have tips on the best way to price agents that are created for business customers? Is there a way to determine the typical credit usage by a given Lindy? Any best practices for creating formulas to ensure that we price our agents in a manner that provides a consistent margin? How would I know how many credits a Lindy takes? Any assistance that can be provided is appreciated. Thank you!
Oh sorry I missed this!

Really up to the business Ethan K. might have a take on this 🙂
Is there a way to determine the typical credit usage by a given Lindy?
Almost impossible to predict unfortunately — highly dependant on the actual agent/workflow/models used Here are some tips on how to reduce credit consumption

see answer above
How would I know how many credits a Lindy takes?
in your billing (settings -> billing) you have an overview with all agents and how much they consume
on a task level you see how much each task and how much each action consumes
Hope this is helpful!
Hi Jon E., here is some more info! Pricing Pricing is highly variable - like Marvin said it depends on the business and the value you are providing! For example, if you are performing document processing, and doing 1,000 documents per month - is that worth 2k per month to the customer? 5k? Depends on the document and how they did it before;. Or if you are generating 20 new qualified leads per month with an average close rate of 10% and each customer is worth 10k - we can clearly see we are adding 20k per month so the customer would be willing to pay some margin of that. I would recommend pushing for a retainer service fee for an agreed upon monthly hourly commitment that aligns w/ the value add and have the customer pay for their Lindy credits. Credits Highly variable on the use case and strength of models! Would build a simple prototype and run tests to find out. There are a ton of ways to optimize credits in Lindy. and some I've seen are quite creative 🙂 Margin if the Lindy is owned in the customers account and they share their login, they can pay for credits and you have a monthly service fee. This way your margin is 100% pre determined and customer can scale volume out of their own pocket
Ethan K., when you get a minute, can you please get back to me regarding our service partner application? Also, we will be working with healthcare clinics and will need them to sign a Business Associate Agreement with Lindy related to HIPAA compliance. Can you please provide guidance on the process I should follow?
Ethan K., I saw that Lindy has a Healthcare page. Is there someone at Lindy that serves as the Subject Matter Expert for how to best implement Lindy into that space? I would like to learn more about the best practices for HIPAA compliance in areas like Lindy setup, testing, deployment, and support. It would be great to have an opportunity to speak with them to get my questions answered. We have a great opportunity to implement agents into small healthcare clinics and I want to set up our systems as efficiently as possible especially to reduce friction for customers we are working with. Also, did you happen to find out any information regarding the best process we should follow related to having our customers sign Business Associate Agreements with Lindy? Thank you for your help!
Hi Jon E. thanks for your patience here! Not 100% certain here but I believe if you reach out and would like an account to be HIPAA activated we can toggle this on - there are less integrations in HIPAA mode Not sure on the BAA question - if you reach out to support@lindy.ai we should be able to help you pretty quickly!
Thank you for getting back to me, Ethan K.! I understand about the HIPAA activation. Would support be able to answer my questions about how to activate it? Also, is there someone at Lindy that specializes in healthcare agents I can send questions to? Sorry to be a pain. We just want to make sure we have our bases covered given the sensitive nature of PII before we start working with clients.
