Hiya, is it possible to make a lindy that
waits for a certain type of email (specific sender),
2. follows a link in that email. 3. follows the main link in the first page that opens. 4. Reads the new page. 5. Drafts a linked-in style text /bsky post based on the text from 4, but following a particular template format (we have like 25 human-made examples) 6. Finds or creates an image in line with that. 7. Sends it to me for human review 8. Waits for me to say "OK" and - if ok does the bsky/linkedin post?
1.yes 2. yes 3. kinda → you’ll need to clearly prompt it here 4. yup 5. hm yeah (not sure what bsky is though) 6. tricky. where would you find the image? whats the right one? if you know of a provider → we can connect Lindy to basically any API 7. sure 8. Yes 🙌🏾
Very cool thank you. If 3 is occasionally a link to a PDF, will it be able to handle that? Re image... I guess one of the gpt-like image generators? How would I do those steps 7/8 for example? Thank you
To be more specific, here's an email I've received (from a specific automated email sender)
PDF] MarpolBase: Genome database for Marchantia polymorpha featuring high quality reference genome sequences Y Tanizawa, T Mochizuki, M Yagura, M Sakamoto… - bioRxiv, 2025 The liverwort Marchantia polymorpha is a key model organism for understanding land plant evolution, development, and gene regulation. To support the growing demand for high-quality genomic resources, we present MarpolBase, a comprehensive and integrated genome database that hosts newly assembled, high- accuracy reference genomes for both the male Tak-1 and female Tak-2 accessions, designated as ver. 7.1 reference genomes. These new assemblies, generated using … • Cites: Sequenceserver: a modern graphical user interface for custom … Edit
Here is a page of example summaries that we've created: https://sequenceserver.com/examples/ I'd like it to do similar summaries / highlights of the paper and indicating how it uses our sequenceserver tool
re the pdf —yes. you’ll need to watch out for context windows though depending on what LLM you use
just as an example 🙂
(youre saying the lindy has it's own email address that tracks the individual job that is running?)
re the pdf —yes. you’ll need to watch out for context windows though depending on what LLM you use
which should I use to be the most resilient?
