I figured out how to pay for an outbound phone number, but there doesn't seem to be a way for me to use that phone number for my agent's skill - see https://share.zight.com/Z4uEQpJR - there is no way to set the outbound phone number here...and when the task executes it says that it cannot make an outbound call, even though I'm on the Pro plan
Hey Ian! Are you using our Outbound Phone Agent Template?
You’ll notice that we seperate the Call as it’s own step —so the agent only needs to end the call and you can set the settings inside that Make Phone Call step.
Hmm - that doesn't allow the agent to optionally use the call from within the agent step depending on results of other skills though. See where I put the "make phone call" skill in my screenshot? Is that skill just unusable?
