Updating Salesforce Records with AI Agent Data: Solutions Needed

Marvin A. Hey marvin, I am trying to update a salesforce record once my AI agent has done a bunch of things like scoring calls etc > I want this data to flow inside SF, but I can't find an option to update this record with the new info like we have for HubSpot Is there no action available that can do this?

    Please add this to your roadmap:

    1. 1.

      When we update a contact on CRM > I need an option to select what fields to update, else my CRM has 100 fields, and I need to manually change the status of each to to manually so that AI doesn't fill garbage and mess up my CRM

      It sucks - is a huge pain in the ass because selecting 80-90 fields is stupid. I should only choose the fields I want Lindy to change or update using AI

      This is not ideal at all - I'm happy to do a user interview for this and tell you about this in detail.

      An advice, think how Zapier would solve it > they're the gold standard for workflow automation, without the AI agent that you guys are doing.

      Another piece of advice > While building workflows, you should auto-suggest looking at the workflow and what model to use so it's cost-efficient.

      You should let me copy things from one lindy to another - building them manually from scratch doesn't make sense and duplicates don't help, if I just need a small part from a huge workflow

    I'm spending half a day on Lindy so I can call myself a power user right now

    thanks for the feedback, will share with the team! Some of those are already in the works. The salesforce update option is coming ~early next week!
