Updating Salesforce Records with AI Agent Data: Solutions Needed

Hey marvin, I am trying to update a salesforce record once my AI agent has done a bunch of things like scoring calls etc > I want this data to flow inside SF, but I can't find an option to update this record with the new info like we have for HubSpot Is there no action available that can do this?
