Does anyone know why Lindy was not able to book this meeting? (it's a meeting scheduler Lindy). https://chat.lindy.ai/meeting-scheduler-67ad1e6934bcdc6d93159b46/tasks?task=682f2e04ed10496a844b8533
lmk if this is helpful!
Marvin A. also this one didn't create updated invite https://chat.lindy.ai/meeting-scheduler-67ad1e6934bcdc6d93159b46/tasks?task=6830c37a193de515ebaca8c3 The email recipient asked to change the time, LIndy confirmed in the email, but did not update the invite
hmm yeah so the last one makes me think we might need to improve the template. the agent was supposed to suggest available times & instead said he updated it. He is actually waiting for a positive reply and would then create the event. I think we need another condition step in here in case you suggest an update the agent can immediately take without waiting for confirmation
Marvin A. thank you. What do you suggest I add as additional step? In this case, The recipient wanted did not realize that the time was in EST not PST. The recipient said: "Sorry about that, I thought we were talking PST. Let’s do 1pm PST instead" Then Lindy replied: "Hi [Recipient], Got it—that corresponds to 4:00 PM Eastern Time. I've updated the invite for 1pm PST/4pm EST on May 30. Looking forward to chatting then! Best, Lindy Lindy responded correctly but did not update the invite. Would love if you could suggest what/where to update the template? (also lindy sorry!!! lol I actually thought you were a bot 🤣 very sorry about that! good to know you're not)
Hey Josh S. tried to break it down for you here: https://www.loom.com/share/cedd0c74c6e94ac58bc5e3c63dfa2ff1 lmk if this helps!
I was able to run the test. Do you know how I can ensure lindy reviews the each file of call recordings from my meetings? it seems lindy is not getting access but the files are in the knowledge base. My goal is for the agent to review meeting recordings from the past week to provide assessment
If you want to make sure to go through all of them -> loop through each one. I’d fetch a list of all the docs from last week -> loop through each one -> provide an assessment does that work for your use case?
thanks Marvin A. i'll try out the loop, I haven't used a loop in a workflow yet. If I want to agent to review a bunch of recorded videos from a file from past [x] days, would I have the first step after the Recurring Timer Trigger be the Ai Agent or the first step be the knowledge base of the video files?
hmm ingesting recorded videos is not currently supported 😞 -> you can feed it the transcripts though
ahh, got it, thanks Marvin A. appreciate the help BTW - on the meeting scheduler, thanks for sending that loom along. I tried that update, for some reason it still didn't work, but I think it may be for a different reason. I tested it again with the same email chain (I used my personal email as the receiver from my business email) Lindy offered 4 times in EST, one of which was 2:00pm EST Tuesday, one of which was 2:00pm EST wednesday I had the recipient accept the 2:00p EST time on the Tuesday.
Then I had the recipient email to switch it after it was booked, ie 'I made a mistake thought it was PST, let's do 11a PST Wednesday instead...'
ie the recipient asked for one of the same times Lindy had offered originally, but in Lindy it looks like it errors out saying that time is not available (even though it had originally offered that time)
Hey Marvin A. - I think this is a bug? See this Lindy and screen shot below for context
I loop in lindy to an email to schedule a meeting (that works well)
Lindy replies to the email with times
The receiver of email accepts one of the times Lindy suggests
Apparently the time Lindy suggested was not available in the first place?
*** BONUS QUESTION: Not sure how I would have Lindy coordinate an email between multiple people and me?
