Feedback Needed on HR Agent for Employee Onboarding Tasks
Hi y'all, I am building an agent responsible for HR style tasks, specifically related to employee onboarding. Our instinct is to structure this as a series of meeting events that are triggered by / anchored around the employee start date. (For example: 10 days prior to start date - schedule calendar event for COO to setup payroll, 5 days prior to start date - schedule calendar event for IT to do systems set up work, 3 Days after start date - schedule calendar event for meet and greet with CEO, etc.). Welcome any feedback if this is the most intuitive and cleanest way to set this agent up.... or we should take a different approach. With thanks in advance!
