Hi Lindy Support, I am building an agent that takes incoming emails to our service desk (email contains attachments), creates a folder inside of our Google Drive, adds the attachments to the Google Drive, creates an entry in our tracking spreadsheet, and sends a notification to slack.
Currently testing the workflow, but it is getting stuck at the trigger stage. It just says "observing" instead of moving to the next stage in the workflow.
Any ideas on how to make sure that when email is received, we trigger the next stage?
