Can the WhatsApp number linked to LindyAI also be used manually by a human? For example, can Lindy AI handle messages during office hours, and a human take over the same number after office hours?If I have another WhatsApp Business number that uses message templates โ when a customer selects an option (e.g., Option 1), can that selection be forwarded to Lindy AI for handling?
Can a human agent take over the same conversation if they believe Lindy AI has provided incorrect information?
