Yes, exactly. Replies to the same email sent by lindymail (from the same email lindymail sent to) are not being acknowledged. Will send you a DM with a few of the email threads.
I'm struggling with the Lindy Mail action in a workflow where the user has to reply to an email thread at least 3 times to get the desired outcomes from the workflow. I keep getting an error where the workflow will process all the steps in between each Lindy Mail step properly, but then fails to recognize replies to those Lindy emails. Can anyone help me out? Things I've tried:
3 separate "Send email" actions, with separate "observe thread" actions or "after reply received" conditions added to each. That doesn't seem to work.
One initial "send email" action, with two later "send reply" actions that connect to the same initial "send email" action's thread. Again, I've tried with both connected "observe thread" actions and with the "after reply received" conditions added to each "send email/reply" actions. That doesn't seem to work.
Combinations of connected "observe thread" actions and with the "after reply received" conditions added to each "send email/reply" actions. This doesn't work either.
Renaming "send email / reply" actions to ensure no confusion and that threads are properly attributed. No change
Adding conversation starters to the "message received" trigger that kicks off the whole workflow (suggestion from documentation). No change.
Tried it in both test and live conditions - no change
