**Refund Request + Missing Invoices**
Hello Lindy Support,
Iโm writing regarding my subscription under the email luiseduardopilar@gmail.com.
Although I received a reminder email before my trial ended, I have not received any invoices or billing confirmations for the charges applied in the following months. For the last two months, the subscription fee of $49.99 has been debited from my card without me receiving proper receipts or confirmation emails.
In addition, I would like to clarify that I only created the account to briefly explore the platform for a single day and have not logged in or used the service since. Therefore, I did not benefit from the subscription in any way.
According to consumer protection regulations, I am entitled to receive invoices for every charge and clear records of my subscription. Since this has not been provided, I kindly but firmly request a refund for the last two months charged ($99.98) and immediate delivery of the missing invoices.
Please also confirm the cancellation of any future renewals and that my subscription is fully terminated. If no solution is provided, I will be forced to dispute the charges with my bank.
