Hello - Looking for some help here from the Lindy Customer support team: I upgraded to PRO, and yet it can't still run my personal computer assistant. I've also asked it to create a simple agent which ran once, then failed time and again. It says it cannot fix it, and all the time it has been charging me for credits. I am now down over 1000 credits and haven't been able to run a single agent. All while the bot tells me it "flagged it for the team to review", yet haven seen a single email back from "the team".
I'm afraid to keep testing, as it keeps using up my credits to create its own errors. I'm in a loop from Hell that will wipe me out of credits. HELP!
