I'm having a similar issue. I created a second trigger to my node tree and tried setting "new database item" as a trigger, but it won't seem to "remember" which notion account I select. I re-connect via pipedream and yet it doesnt populate, and gives me the 404 err.

To cause the error, I added a node above it to play around with different workflows, but then decided against it and deleted it. The validation error never cleared.

No - setting it to manual doesnt clear the error.

Is it because it's set as "prompt AI" ? Perhaps behind the scenes it's still referencing the old node?

I have deleted it and added it back in and yet the error doesnt go away. Even fully deleting the notion reference doesnt clear the validation error.

I hit the "retry" button and get the validation error

Ok nevermind - it wont let me test anymore. as you can see - the nodes on the left and right don't match.

Yeah I'd say I'm still having trouble with testing my flow editor node tree. The test button works, and everything runs properly, yet changes I make in the flow editor are not reflected on a new test. Is this user error? Last issue I'm seeing - after deleting a node, I'm stuck with this error and cant get it to go away - despite the fact that the test runs through the node tree successfully (although, with old settings that I cant get to update).
