The receipts I am receiving are for $99 per month on PRO but when I went to cancel, to stop the bleeding from this corporate credit card, it shows that pro plan is $149. Maybe that's the problem??
support s. Help! I'm being charged twice monthly but cannot find out why. It looks like when I upgraded my account it continued billing my original amount plus the new upgraded amount. I don't believe I have any other accounts. Not only do I not need two accounts or $150 in services monthly, my company is demanding receipts for both charges dating back to when the duplicate charges started but only one of the monthly charges/receipts are showing in my billing section.
