Hi team, I urgently need help with a billing issue. I was just charged โฌ515 for the annual Pro plan, but I only intended to subscribe monthly. This has left me without funds.
Iโve already emailed support@lindy.ai with my account details brendanfuller2010@gmail.com and screenshots, but I need urgent assistance. Could you please:
1. Refund the annual charge, and
2. Switch me to monthly billing instead?
