Affordable Resources for Creating Lindys and Collaboration Groups

Hi everyone, I'm looking for the best resources to learn how to create Lindys in a way that isn't going to be super expensive. Is there a chat group where people collaborate on creating Lindys when they have a shared goal for its use?
