We’re building an AI Receptionist for a real estate client using Lindy.ai as the main engine. The agent needs to answer calls, introduce the business, handle common questions, check/confirm appointment availability (live via GoHighLevel), book appointments, and escalate complex queries to a human.
Our planned stack: Lindy.ai for calls, ElevenLabs for voice, GPT-4o for conversation, n8n for automations (like calendar/API logic), and GHL for booking.
The main thing we’re stuck on:
How can we connect Lindy to n8n (or any external API) during a live call so we can check availability, book appointments, and trigger escalations with two-way data passing?
Also, any best practices for handling TTS (with emotion) or escalations smoothly inside Lindy would help.
