Good morning, all. We've run into a bit of an urgent situation with our phone agent. It's been working with zero issues for months, but this morning all of a sudden calls are coming in and going to dead air. I've attached a screenshot of a test call I made a minute ago. Even if the caller speaks up and asks the a question after a moment of dead air it is saying that the caller hung up immediately and marking the call as spam. Ali A.
