Hi Lindy Support Team,
I am on a FREE trial and I'm trying to test your outbound AI voice calling agent but every time I try to test it, I get this error message "An error occurred:
Unable to make phone call at this time due to plan limitations. We've reached the maximum number of simultaneous calls allowed. Please try again later or contact support to upgrade your plan.".
I edited the Google Sheet with the names to call to only 1 name and number on there.".
My Twilio account and phone number are connected.
And, I waited 12 hours to see if it would run again but I'm getting the same error message.
I need to test it BEFORE I upgrade to a PAID plan.
Please help!
