yeah Too many variables to give one answer — depends on task complexity + context needs. My usual flow:
Sonnet 4 - default for most tasks
Opus - complex reasoning (o3 also solid here)
Gemini 2.5 Flash - simple + large context
Gemini 2.5 Pro - complex + large context
GPT-4T/Sonnet 4/Gemini 2.0 Flash - phone calls
But honestly, the in-app recommendations are pretty good to follow
