Issues Diagnosing Twilio Integration with Lindy Messages

Hi Folks - Still trying to diagnose a lindy with Twilio. When I send a text message, I see Lindy start spinning. However, the low on the right does not show the message received (odd) and there's no record that anything then happens. Really feels like something is wrong with the Twilio integration

My SMS bot essentially stops responding. If I edit the lindy, then save again (no changes, I just check a box on off or something) it works again. This is consistent
