Agent Builder Task Completion: Bug or Normal Behavior?

I'm noticing in using the Agent builder tonight that it will complete a task, but just keep cycling like its working, but when I ask "you good, all complete" it will say, oh yeah all good. Is that just a bug, or should I let it keep thinking until its fully done.
