AWS has been having a massive outage affecting many services worldwide. While we're not on AWS, we're not immediately affected but some of our downstream partners (e.g. Recall, for meeting recording) do use it, and are affected

Due to the ongoing AWS service outage, bots are still unable to be launched in
us-east-1. This affects both adhoc and scheduled bots. You can follow the AWS status page for more details on this unfolding incident."
