Issues with Email Triage Workflow in Lindy: Labeling Problems

lindy Having trouble with a Lindy. It is an email triage workflow that labels emails with different types of labels. Currently it seems to be working sporadically, ie there are emails that are now sometimes not getting labeled though it’s clear they meet the requirements. Here is the Lindy. For example, certain domains ie @domainname are filtered for a label to be added. An email meets the criteria of the domain name, and previously was being labeled, but now is not

    How to share your Lindy task URL: 1. Click your Lindy agent → click “tasks” 2. Find the task you need help with 3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution) 4. Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request Note: The URL should include “conversationID” followed by a number 💡 Screenshots are also helpful!

    Thanks Marvin A. - there are actually not tasks even showing up for these emails... I consolidated a few different email triage workflows into one lindy. So the lindy has (the one linked above in original message) has multiple triggers (9 different triggers, all email received based, each filtering for specific 'from' > containts > [name or email address or @domain} Is there a limitation in the number of triggers a lindy can have? All of these triggers previously worked when they were all separate LIndy's but thinking it may have to do with consolidating all of them into the one lindy workflow?

    So there is no limit to how many filters are being set.

    It’s tricky to pinpoint the issue without an exact email that you expected to be caught, along with how your Lindy was set up at that time. If you can share that, we’d be happy to take a closer look! Josh S.

    Thanks Marvin A. I ended up building a completely new lindy, we’ll see if it works better. I will send along a specific email in the support email (rather not share here as it’s investors email address).
