Struggling to Deploy Lead Outreacher? Need Help with Agents!

hi, new user here and hoping someone can help. I can't get basic agents with no modifications to run. Specifically trying 'lead outreacher'. It works in test mode but once i deploy it and have it ready to go in real world, there is no row trigger that will actually activate it. I've tried adding a single row, multiple rows, different names for the name field and standard email addresses all to no avail. additionally the chat bots or agent builders seem to have no context and can't help problem solve. I've wasted a few hundred credits just talking to them before i realised they can't help. So i'm not sure if this is a bug but seems like it. Happy to move this to another channel if not
