Hello, I have sent several support messages and emails about the following and have not received any responses:
We bought a phone number and then upgraded to a new number after being told we needed to in order to have both inbound and outbound call capabilities. Now, we are not able to use either number because every time we try to test or deploy an agent related to any type of calls we get a pop up error. And now also we don't even see the upgraded number we paid extra for.
We have try to upgrade our account several times and get a pop up error. We've checked with the bank and Lindy has not even tried to charge our card since we paid for the phone upgrade and started getting those errors.
We are trying to identify how to integrate a Lindy agent to automate some workflows for our Discord. However, every time we try to do that it prompts us to book a call.
We've also started creating an app using Lindy and have trying to connect it to agents that we have created in Lindy and keep getting errors when trying to do so.
All of the above has drastically drained the credits in our account since each time we try to test, deploy agents are credits are charged.
