Knowledge Base Upload Issues: Content Not Saving Properly

It looks like the Knowledge Bases are not saving anything uploaded to it. I get a card saying it’s saved, but then go back into the modal and it’s blank

    What are you trying to uplaod? Files?

    but yes it was Google Drive + Website. KB was not working yesterday at that time
