Batch Sending Emails in Flow Editor: A Quick Guide

I added a row in my spreadsheet Testing it Lindy keeps waiting for external event I confirm the correct spreadsheet/gmail account/sheet name are set in Lindy Is there a way to send all the emails at once via the flow editor?

Hey! I need a bit more context here. What are you building? Can you share a task URL I can look into? How to share your Lindy task URL: 1. Click your Lindy agent → click “tasks” 2. Find the task you need help with 3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution) 4. Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request Note: The URL should include “task” followed by a number Screenshots are also helpful!

sure Marvin I have a spreadsheet with a list of name/emails I'm using the default lead outreacher template so that whenever I add a new row in the spreadsheet, it starts a task and send an email https://chat.lindy.ai/mypixai-lead-outreacher-copy-68341ae0f53220ea29c2dd56/tasks when I add a new entry in the spreadsheet, nothing happens no new task is created for that entry

ahhh got you! so the rows are already in place anyway right? you can just download as a csv → drag that to the task sidebar (not the task) → this will trigger one task for each row

pls don’t start with 500+ rows 😄 start with 5 to see if everything works as you’d want it to

it worked but it added all the emails in the to section

yeah that's what I did

I dropped the CSV in the left panel

but still it created 1 email for all the recipients
