Issue with Right-Click Context Menu on Canvas Note Addition

This is a basic one, but the right-click context menu doesn't allow me to select any of the options, so no way to add a note to the canvas.

hmm my gut tells me there is a chrome extension messing with it.. can you try incognito just to make sure?? tested it on my end and works fine in chrome

Unfortunately, no dice. Still running into an issue. Same problem across Chrome and Edge browsers.
