Issues with OneDrive Integration for Knowledge Base Uploads

It seems that the OneDrive integration isn't working. Has anyone had luck uploading OneDrive files to a knowledge base?

Yeah, didn't work for me either, switched to Gdrive!

Not an option for some of my clients. Switching to n8n for these workflows, unfortunately.

RASHI this appears to be configured correctly. If you are testing and sending emails from the same address then tasks won't appear

Can you confirm the inbox is receiving mails? If so I will escalate!

Ethan K. if possible, the entire suite of Outlook integrations should be looked at. Lots of issues

It seems to work in testing Ethan K. - both the triggers of new row added and email received. But, without testing, its not working.

RASHI re emails here we took a look and any email that is attached to a previous thread will remain in the same task
