Hi team, I've set up a workflow in Lindy to automatically generate acceptance criteria for my Jira tasks. While the get issue action is working correctly for some tasks, I'm noticing that not all Jira task IDs are being retrieved or recognized, even though I’ve already granted Lindy access to all my Jira projects. This issue is inconsistent — it works for certain tasks across some projects, but fails to fetch or identify others, even though they are accessible through my Jira account and exist in active projects. Could this be a bug in how Lindy fetches issue data across multiple Jira projects? Or is there a specific configuration or limitation I might be missing (e.g., issue visibility, permissions, filters)? Would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps to ensure Lindy can access all Jira tasks across all projects reliably.
hmmm let’s look into this. can you share the task URL + expected tasks that should have shown? How to share your Lindy task URL: 1. Click your Lindy agent → click “tasks” 2. Find the task you need help with 3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution) 4. Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request Note: The URL should include “conversationID” followed by a number 💡 Screenshots are also helpful!
Hey! I need help with the following task https://chat.lindy.ai/qa-acceptance-criteria-67f8a879ff332311a45a59a2/tasks?task=680735a926d0d66f69def237
Thanks Tayyaba I. I will have the team look into this
Thanks Marvin A. -It would be greatly appreciated if you could request your team to prioritize this.
Hey Tayyaba I. looks like there is a configuration issue. this error occurred because it used the output reference from Jira Get all Projects as the value for the issueId field.
Can you please double check the configuration?
