My Chat app project is just spinning and locked up for over a week with NO HELP whatsoever! What is going on in Support??
I have tried "Stop" and "Terminate" multiple times. I don't want to lose all my work and start over! Why can't Support fix the process so I can continue?
Inaan D. I had my web app mostly built, then it errored on a modification and was continually "spinning" for more than a week. Unable to stop or terminate. Then I looked today and no longer spinning but the app is no longer functional at all and any query in the chat just returns an "error" statement. Do I now need to start from zero and rebuild everything? No communication from Support at all during all of this. This bodes poorly for being a continuing customer.
We cannot reset the execution of this run, but we can refund you the few credits that were taken in this failed attempt!

Since I have lost faith in ever getting timely Support for further projects, I'll stop broadcasting my displeasure (over multiple platforms) if you refund the cost of the credits I purchased (you can keep the few credits that got used in my failed attempt to stop the process) So please refund the cost of 4,994 credits that I purchased thinking I was going to get reasonable and timely Support.
