Hello All, Anyone's help would be much appreciated- we are having issues with our Outreacher Lindy- whether we use the outreacher template or try to build our own outreach Lindy, Lindy won't seem to connect to my outlook properly. Rather than sending from my personal work email, connected via outlook, the sender is showing as "outlook_988ABE4DD19F689@outlook.com". Does anyone know how to solve this? This sender name obviously looks very spammy and will tank our email campaigns. Thank you!!

Florent (or Flo's Lindy) are also working on this as he said he's never seen this before. Emails appear to be sent by ""outlook_988ABE4DD19F59F5@outlook.com <alex@pyromatics.ca>" so my email is there at the end, but with all the spammyness before it. We are also having issues with lead generator. This morning I requested 20 leads in a specific city with contact information, Lindy generated only 2 leads without any contact info. I then requested Lindy to expand search parameters to find 20 companies with a contact, Lindy generated a google doc with only 9. Hey! First time I am seeing the sender name issue. My suspicion is that this is rather an Outlook/auth issue rather than a Lindy related issue. The logs show that they used the authorization for the account you provided. Can you try re-authenticating the Outlook account?
Regarding the lead generator — this is a pretty simple template I’d encourage to customize a bit for a more specific use case. We tried to keep it as general as possible so everyone can generate leads with it. It starts with 1. either searching for companies OR people (depending on what info you provide) 2. the AI agent handles follow-ups and is able to do both multiple times. Since you start with only a description of what you are trying to find I’d customize it to be a bit more sequential e.g. 1. search for 5-10 companies matching the critera and then 2. loop through each one to find the decision maker for each company.
