hey sydney! re: the second agent. I dont see it being stuck but always replying to the email as expected. Can you specify the issue?

It replied to a couple, but I get several emails that fit this every single day. It didn't reply to most of them. In the past, it used to reply to all of them.

It's possible it did reply to the last few. I'll need to check. But notice the big one-week gap. I didn't touch it at all. It didn't turn it off. And it didn't respond at all.

for the first agent: a couple of debugging ideas:
1.
can you try removing and adding back the slack trigger
2.
did you make sure the Lindy App is invited to the correct channel?
3.
can you try just sending a slack and check in the task view for it’s appearance?

It looks like the last four it did pick up, as shown here, but it completely didn't for a full week. I get between 3 and 6 emails every single day that fit this condition.

I did try removing and adding the Slack trigger already, but Lindy App is for sure invited to the correct channel because I can see it picking up the trigger even. And when I'm testing, you can see that it shows up in the test as well. And yes, when I send a test Slack, it does show in the task view with a spinning circle, and then it disappears after 15 seconds.

So it no longer shows up, but for 15 seconds it does show with a spinny circle.

Here's an example. When I click test, these show up, but none of these were actually triggered.

And then when I click select, it stalls out. It doesn't do anything.
