Troubleshooting Lead Scoring Bot Issues in Slack Integration

Hey team, I'm having trouble with a lead scoring Lindy. It was working until a few days ago and now it stopped. We receive a message on Slack that triggers a step to search for more info and score assigning. Although we specifically tell the bot to send just the number to the chat, it is sending the whole explanation. Then, we ask to update some hubspot properties with this information. The flow is just not doing anything and skipping this step. What is happening? How to share your Lindy task URL: 1. Click your Lindy agent → click “tasks” 2. Find the task you need help with 3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution) 4. Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request Note: The URL should include “conversationID” followed by a number 💡 Screenshots are also helpful!

I've added another condition to help updating hubspot properties and it started working for a while but after a few hours it just stops updating. It follows the flow until the hubspot step

This Lindy was assigning leads a score and calling the low scoring leads. hey Paulo C., thank you for your message. those are the right urls. for the second message i will have the team look into what’s happening here. 🤔 for the first message i don’t exactly understand what the issue is currently. can you expand on that?

Instead of just the score it’s sending more, right?

that’s a prompt/model issue. → I’d give an example answer e.g. IF the score is XCY because of Z return “6”. etc be super clear. and then I’d use another model. Sonnet 3.5 works pretty well usually without heavy prompting
