Troubleshooting Lindy Web Assistant Upgrade Issues

Hi everyone, hope you're having a great sunday. I'm trying Lindy web assistant to show the result before selling to a client, but for some reason I can't test it because it says "upgrade". I have used any credit yet, just upload a short KB and a brief Context. Do you guys know what I'm doing wrong? Lindy Interface should say what is wrong, but it doesnt. Thanks in advance! Best

I just saw the "intro week" tag in the pricing cards, that means that I lost the chance to test it because I created my account and not tested it in the following week?
