Looking for Marketplaces to Hire Lindy Wizards for Efficiency Boost

Anyone know of a marketplace (not just Upwork or Fivver) to hire/1099 Lindy wizards? I run a niche executive search firm that places former Special Operations veterans into SMB leadership roles. Right now, we pay standard SDRs $5K per lead (SMB) that converts into a placement. I’m convinced a Lindy-savvy operator could 10x our efficiency with automations and I’d happily keep paying that same rate to someone who can deliver.
