How to Create a Folder in Google Drive under DSA Operations

Hi all, wondering if anyone can help. I'm using google drive and trying to create a folder in the Drone Solutions Asia (DSA) > 01 - Operations > (This is where I want the new folder to be created) Yet I can only seem to select a pathway which is a folder within that folder for example: Drone Solutions Asia (DSA) > 01 - Operations > Job 1 Drone Solutions Asia (DSA) > 01 - Operations > Job 2 etc Any idea how i can specify the exact folder?
