Hey, i just wanted to ask u guys if lindly can track the previous email conversation of incoming emails and build a response with the conversation as a knowledge base. And also is it possible to connect an crm system and take the conversation history of crm system as a knowledge base?
I literally just finished writing a flow that includes Lindy learning how to respond! I don't know about system connections for the knowledge base, but if you go to the knowledge base, you can see what is available to add. Hope that helps!
I'm glad that helped some! Agreed, i'm working on some filters and criteria myself to try to limit how and when to respond. I find myself deleting a lot of drafts that Lindy created for me.
