Issues with Outbound Phone Call Agent: Help Needed

Hi All, I'm stuck on the "Outbound Phone Call Agent" for some reason I keep getting a message saying I'm on simultaneous calls, all though I've stopped all previous instances of the task, paused and reactivated the specific workflow and closed the browser and reloaded. I have also had issues with the agent calling the number located in the "Phone Number" column in the CSV that I have uploaded. I seem to be getting stuck on these items. Anyone managed to get the Outbound Call Lindy to work successfully?
