AI Agent Unable to Access Knowledge Base: Sync Issues Explained

Can anyone tell me why my AI agent cannot access the knowledge base, I know the text is in Dutch but it basically says that he can't find the information in his knowledge base. It has been syncing forever in the knowledge base, but even when synced it still doesn't work, whether I try text, pdf or google drive documents for the knowledge base.

    yeah you’ll need the knowledgebase search as an actual step not as a skill 🙂

    the syncing part shouldn’t be an issue here.

    Thanks, I'll adjust it so it just loops instead of using an agent
