Finding Realtors in the USA for Email Campaigns on Local Service Ads

Hi, I am looking to set up a process where I can find different realtors all throughout the USA that do not currently run Google Local Service ads. Then I need to send out semi-automated email campaigns to those people explaining how much the service can help them.

hmm how would you find out about them running ads or not manually?

I am not sure, but I would even be fine with just finding the realtors in the USA and I go from there.

oh yeah that’s doable. you can use google maps or perplexity loop through postal codes and find realtors online, researching their contacts and doing outreach. I’d do so by setting up a small team of agents:
1.
postal code realtor scraper
2.
enrichment agent
3.
outreach agent
and have them talk to each other. Thats preference btw, you could also build all of this into one giant thing 🙂

you can take the existing templates for enrichment and outreach from the template store and customize them or you start from scratch. for google maps I’d use either Serper or an Apify actor
