Improving Bot Workflow for CRM Contact Data Validation
In need of some help. I created a bot to help clean and validate contact data in our CRM against an external database and websearch as a fallback. I am having difficulty understanding my order of operations. Right now after trigger we go into an agent step, this has everything in it. I dont know if it is best to break out the code /python validation (against a knowledgebase first ) then if results are below a threshold utlize agent/ web to enrich and complete
