Understanding Account Structure, Workspaces, Groups, and Pricing for Lindy.ai Usage
I’m trying to understand account structure, workspaces, groups. The guide online is blank. no info. I have one account for my colleague. I have an account for me. I invited my colleague to my workspace. Now she has TWO workspaces. I just have ONE I don’t know what this means. Should i have my own private workspace? Is my Asst shard with her? Are we double paying? Are we charged per workspace? per user? what? I don’t understand the implications. Lindy.ai told me ONE is personal, the other is SHARED. and I need to create a PERSONAL workspace for myself so she and i each have our own assistants BUT: I was given instructions by Lindy.ai to ‘create a new workspace’ by following these instructions below, but when i do nothing is there. 1. Go to chat.lindy.ai 2. Click the workspace name (top left) 3. Select “Create a new workspace” (this does not exist) 4. Name it and you’re in Also, in settings there is no explanation of what GROUPS mean. Can’t find any materials online either. Also, I setup my assist to talk to my airtable and fundraising database. I asked if the delegation i trained it on should be its own separate agent is said “NO” because we itneract in the same chat together. BUT, if my work colleague and I both want briefings on donors returned to us the same way with same prompts, is that not the use case for an agent? If the agent is trained to update my database, and it is shared, does it now when it is talking to her vs me for when it writes updates to the database? (like in the training when i use the word me, will it know me means me when talking to me vs my colleague when talking to her?) thanks for anyone out there who can help. I am really impressed with this so far, and i want it to work… but i am completely confused by the pricing model and account setup structure.
