Hosting Lunch Sessions: Solving SMB Challenges Together

Now that I no longer work for a large tech company I'm focusing on helping SMBs how to help them solve their business problems with process improvement and technology if needed. Thinking about hosting a bring your problem and we'll find a solution type lunch sessions. Has anyone here using this type of event to build relationships and trust? At my last job we would hold office hours for our customers. Kind of an AMA let me help you out meetings.
