Troubleshooting Lindy Integration in Embed Preview and Deployment

Question - My Lindy works in the test panel, but it doesn’t work in the embed preview, nor does it work on my site’s embed. Is there a final step I need to do to make it fully deployable? The embed code is on my page (although I had to specify the box dimensions as the 100% x 100% didn’t show any of the text) but it never gets past the first question.

How to share your Lindy task URL: 1. Click your Lindy agent → click “tasks” 2. Find the task you need help with 3. Click the specific task (you should see the full execution) 4. Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request Note: The URL should include “conversationID” followed by a number 💡 Screenshots are also helpful!

what’s the difference between an embed reply and a message reply?

the message reply answers in the task view

so if you open your task you should be able to see that your Lindy was sending you messages instead of through the embed

You guys should do a tutorial on the difference between send message and send reply actions. Do you have online documentation for this nuance?
