How to Hide Lead Score from Customers in CRM Embed

anyone know how to stop the embed from telling the customer the lead score i only want it in the CRM

Just make sure to include that directly in the agent’s prompt. Be as clear and specific as possible — the agent should be able to follow it exactly as written 🙂
