How to Contact Support for Refunds and Service Issues

is there anyway to talk to support via call or email? because it has been a while now and I am not getting answers , I do not feel that I am getting the service the credit is being wasted on errors, no support number or tickets are available through the site, I should be getting a refund if I can not use the service
