Seeking Success Stories with Lead Outreacher Agent and Lindy

Has anyone here had success using the lead outreacher agent? I can't work out if its a bug in their system (ive spent 3hours trying everything) or its a user error. I've reached out via email to support and it seems super weird that a company with 24/7 agent capabilities isn't able to respond. Just wondering if there's ppl here successfully using lindy and if so, which agents actually work?

Probably shared int eh Academy channel. Although I can't find it... Academy should be kept a few days after a cohort
