Request for Lindy Workshop Workbook from YouTube Video

Is there a chance of obtaining the Lindy Workshop Workbook that is discussed in the YouTube video titled 'Lindy Agent Academy: Build Your First 2 Agents'? I'm following along and building with Marvin, and the prompt he just copied is too long and scrolls so fast that it cuts off, making it impossible for me to type it all into my prompt while creating the agent with him.
